This time it was the worst that i have

Legs had rojen bones , wasn't cleaned out very well.
One thing that pissed me off was someone didn't cut the legs and thighs the way they should of .
They just cut both thighs and legs together, one whoke piece.
Very sloppy.

Lack of Quality Control
- - Wings arrived with feathers to pluck.
- - Whole chicken might have black mold.

Tyson did send me a coupon for $9 (which I tried to use); however, since Walmart is the only place that sells their chicken brand, that coupon did not work in their system, despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue with supervisors, even with the exact chicken breast on the coupon. Went to Publix, but they only sell their frozen selection.
I did report that the coupon did not work, and their final recommendation was that I should find another store that would accept that coupon. Needless to say, the coupon is worthless and is now in the garbage with this chicken.
Absolutely unacceptable.
Quality control does not exist. I wish I had seen these prior comments before.
Preferred solution: Let me know for others that this matter will be taken seriously.

Chicken not cleaned properly!!!
- - Raw chicken legs had feathers.
- - Legs were halved.
- - Thighs had feathers.
- - Customer calls for inspections and an investigation.
Do not buy this product! If you do buy it, be sure to squeeze the bag to make sure it is not punctured!
Still had feathers on the raw chicken legs; legs were also chopped in half! Thighs also had the feathers left on them!
I am disabled and get my groceries delivered to my home, and packages I have bought over the years are getting awful! Where are inspections?
Who is letting this slip to the customers? They need to be investigated!

Preferred solution: I spoke with a lady on the phone and she is going to send me a coupon. I could not find an expiration date on the package. I’m trying to send pictures to her. Thanks, Gracie Davis.

Verified ReviewerI have bought Tyson for many years. Lately their chicken is not cleaned properly. Last 4 pkgs of thighs were awful and full of pin feathers left all over. This is disqusting so I will switch to Perdue
- - Too much skin on each piece.
- - Pin feathers must be cleaned off every piece.
- - 9.98 per 8 thighs; not cheap; switching to Perdue.
I'm not paying a dollar per thigh only to have to clean pin feathers off every single piece. Also so much skin left wrapped around just to add weight.
Tyson use to be better but not now. I use 2 8 pks of thighs per week so I will switch to Perdue.
Many friends have said same so good luck keeping customers. 9.98 per 8 thighs isn't cheap.

Can they hold you passed the time you are supposed to get off work

Hello my name is Andrew brown I have been working at Tyson foods in Albertville Alabama for 16 years I have had no trouble working for this company until recently my GPM over further processing on 1st shift his name is Pedro German called me into his office today to give me a disciplinary action stating that I should work over my 10 hours because yesterday Tuesday june the 6th I clocked out at 4:45 in the afternoon and went home today Wednesday June the 7th Pedro called me into his office Pedro German and Brandon Caryl were waiting for me I went into Pedros office and he closed the door behind me so me Brandon and Pedro were the only people in his office at the time he said he asked me to stay over yesterday Tuesday june 6th but he didn't he wrote me up because I left when my 10 hours were over with Brandon Caryl the supervisor over 1st shift iqf said that they could hold me 2 hours over if they wanted to then I asked Pedro to get me a Union representative and he said they were all gone for the day but I know he was lying because I saw them there then he gave me a counseling which I refused to sign because of that plus two other team members in my department went home at the same time I did on Tuesday june 6th and they did not get called to Pedro's office I was the only one to get called up there I don't think that is right

Resolved: Not my job
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Hr call me to the office and I supposely talked to a lady about it that works for you guys her name was Becky about it.
Okay I go back to work after my first break and I told Carson the supervisor over MDM I don't know his last name he's the supervisor over 1st shift MDM I said I just told Pedro the GPM over further processing that I only agreed to stack off for a little bit and Carson said he was going to go talk to Pedro about it then about 5 minutes later Pedro came up to me and said we are shorthanded in deboned and Pedro also said to me that I will need your help today which sounded pretty demanding to me
