New ReviewerI purchased a double pack of your game hens, lot #TY1878. after cooking one hen, and I have always baked hens in the same manner for at least 30 years, the meat was so dry I seriously had a hard time swallowing the meat.
I was also very disappointed in the taste, it was bland, dry and barely had any meat. I can even say that I have eaten what some would call a "cheaper" brand, and I would rather eat one of those before I ever try one of your hens again. I will never buy a Tyson product again, I nearly choked from the dryness of the cooked hen and I could not swallow the meat.
While I write this note to you I have food stuck in my chest and throat, worst food ever! I do not want a coupon, I want a refund.
Reason of review: Bad quality.

I purchase Tyson baked chicken (8 pieces) from Harris Teeter in my community, the size of the pieces are very small and the bone formation is questionable? The bone in the wing was unfamiliar and I have eaten baked chicken all my life.
When I inquired about the source of the product I was informed that it is Tyson Food.
I am concern for what exactly the process involved in producing this meat?
